What is the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.

What is your return policy for physical media?

Unopened Blu-rays, DVDs, and collector's editions can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For safety and copyright reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened media unless the disc is defective.

Are your Blu-rays region-locked?

Most of our releases are Region A (North America) unless otherwise specified. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing if you are using a player from another region.

How do I handle a damaged item in my shipment?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
